Allow you to personalize Cortana's name. Use of company's email address and companies signature
With such personalization like using another names, companies email addresses and signatures, it will not have such technical looking.

Heads up that Scheduler is pursuing the personalization described in this suggestion. At Ignite we announced that M365 customers will be able to use their own assistant mailbox e.g. @contoso.com and even rename the persona like "Jarvis@contoso.com"

This is a great idea for partners, as it really shows off what Microsoft can do in the workplace and that we practice what we preach.

this is what x.ai does with their paid service. This would be nice, as many people from older generations are still hesitant about replying to a bot and make it more complicated than needed.

Some people are reluctant to engage with 'Cortana' as an attendee because of the obvious robotic nature of the name. While I am not proposing that people are 'tricked' into thinking they are scheduling a meeting with Cortana. I feel more people would feel comfortable with engaging with a scheduling assistant with a more human name, even if they know its still a scheduling bot. Therefore I think it would be good to provide an option in settings to use other names - either define some in a list or allow the user to pick their own name for their assistant.

This is a really important step to allowing people to accept this technology. It would be a very simple change to make.

Allow different Name (not Cortana) as assistant. Cortana not typical name in any culture or language. While great for branding Microsoft and a product, it's too sales and techie. Creates uncomfortable "big brother" watching over you, raises concerns it's SPAM, and many won't want to accept invite from a machine.
Goal should be natural dialogue where tech simply disappears and is invisible "i thought I was working w/ a real person on calendaring this meeting" -

I would like to set the assistant's name to something of my own choosing.
