Cortana should be able to categorize meetings based on the context of the email. For example, if I say Cortana book a meeting with Pete for Tuesday at 10 and categorize it as Product [where Product is a category I've defined]

It would be great if Cortana could monitor my workhours and auto-block the time once a threshold of meetings is achieved. For example, say I'm willing to take 75% of my workhours (defined in Outlook/Exchange) as available for meetings - if Cortana noticed that I had more than 30 hours of meetings with other attendees, it would block off the rest of the work hours.

It is inconvenient to have to email Cortana to reschedule a meeting. It would be great to have a button in Outlook something like "Cortana Reschedule"

Example if I want a meeting to recur every 7 business days:

When creating a Teams meeting, the Location field is extremely long (260 characters in a recent example). Use a URL shortener to make it easier to read and--if the user needs--copy/paste.

For example; I wish to have a 15 minute check in each day with a colleague. Our diaries are often completely full 2 weeks in advance. At the moment, Cortana will book one meeting, but wait until that meeting has concluded before attempting to schedule another.

I would like Cortana to book X of these daily meetings in one go, so the daily meetings are always booked in advance. The only work around so far has been to book 14 separate 2-weekly reoccuring meetings - but this is so inefficient!

Be able to direct Cortana to schedule a meeting into blocks of time that held on the calendar. For instance, block out time on the calendar for 'networking calls' and then tell Cortana to schedule a new meeting into one of the calendar holds called 'networking calls'.

Provide cortana access to other calendars of the user and allow cortana to consult those agendas when scheduling meetings.

Allow meetings to be booked starting 5 minutes after the hour/half-hour. Either in configuration or via the request. This give people time to take a break before the next meeting.

"Cortana book a meeting with fred next week for 25 minutes starting 5 minutes after the hour"

I have a weekly recurring Teams call setup for Tuesday at 3 pm that was not scheduled using Cortana. From the Outlook calendar I clicked on the meeting and replied to all. I added Cortana and asked her to reschedule this instance to tomorrow or the next day. Cortana scheduled a new meeting for tomorrow.

Need better communication facility with Cortana. Few things that would work well
1) Facility to provide subject in the meeting body
2) Facility to provide invitee list in the meeting body
3) Facility to update meeting invite by adding additional members or deleting members from meeting invite
4) Facility to propose alternate times when members are added or deleted

When I am booking a 1/2h meeting, and my entire morning is empty, it would be nice if Cortana could propose "any time Wednesday before 12" rather than just 3 discrete times (like: 9:30 or 10:00 or 10:30).

How about the ability to tell Cortana to stop managing a meeting I (re) scheduled manually?

I am using My Analytics to automatically schedule "Focus Time" on my calendar. I'd like the option to have Cortana Calendar Help suggest scheduling during that time. Focus Time is important, but somewhat flexible. I'd like to be able to make a judgment call whether the purpose of the meeting outweighs the priority of the reserved Focus Time

Create a way to add an agenda to the calendar invite to parties.

I love the new Me-Time which Cortana schedules to allow me focus time. Since I have turned on to always have calendar.help book a meeting room with every request, so does it for the Me-time series. Unfortunately calendar.help is not taking into account the size of meeting rooms, so during my me-time I often find myself in large meeting rooms.. occupied by just myself.. :-)

Would it be possible to automatically schedule smaller meeting rooms for me-time series?

If you contact Cortana from an alias address, it should send the calendar invite from the alias address.
