Cortana + GoToMeeting
When the email is setting up a call, it would be great if Cortana should include my GoToMeeting info (via the GTM outlook add in)

Checking for exisitng meetings with contact before suggsting new times
It would be great if when Cortana is liaising with a contact to set up a meeting/call, they check your diary and highlight if you already have a meeting/call scheduled with that contact for something else before suggesting new times

Allow me to set default time, duration, and location for different meeting types
Would be good for user to have a set of preferences for specific times for coffee, phone call, etc. And to be able to set my favorite location or dial-in info when a meeting is of that type.

Use Webex as Default Telecom/Video Bridge Location
Use Webex as Default Telecom/Video Bridge for Location. This would leverage the Outlook integration with Webex that currently exists.

Allow me to specify meeting locations within walking distance of work
I ride my bike to work but don't really want to take my bike to lunch meetings. It'd be nice if on days I ride to work, I could specify to have meetings within walking distance of work.

I'd like to use Cortana to schedule Dr. Appointments based on my preferences
It's such a pain to schedule appointments with doctors that work with my schedule. It'd be nice if I could just have them email me a list of available appointments, reply to that saying "Can you please work with my assistant Cortana to find something at works for us all" and just let her take care of it.
Cortana would have to know that Dr. Appointments take place at Dr. Offices though. Amy at x.ai didn't know this and scheduled me for an eye exam on a weekend at a bar near work (when I was home).

If people work far away but live nearby, it'd be nice if Cortana could recognize that and suggest having the meeting after work instead
It'd be helpful if Cortana understood where I'm going to be throughout my day and how that overlaps with where my meeting attendees will be - allowing her to schedule meetings when we're closest instead of having to travel further to meet.

Aknowledge all items in a request with an appropriate response
If Cortana doesn't yet have the ability to book a conference room but the user asks her to do so in the request, if Cortana recognizes the request she should acknowledge it by letting the customer know that she can't yet do that for them so they know they need to take care of it themselves (and to avoid disappointment when the meeting request is sent without a conference room). Similarly she should always ask for more information/clarification if she doesn't understand a request. So acknowledge and provide the appropriate response or request clarification.

When scheduling meetings with people within different O365 organizations or email clients, option to opt-in/share calendar with Cortana
When Cortana is scheduling meetings with users not in the same O365 organization or different email clients, provide an option in the request email to opt-in to Cortana to allow her to access your calendar to see free/busy time to skip the step of having to reply with availability (and simultaneously acquire new users).

When Cortana adds an event to GoogleCalendars, mark event as accepted
On Google calendars when you add a new event it should be marked as accepted. On various calendaring clients it is impossible to accept an invitation to an event that you created, the result is the only way to make the event active is to log in to calendar.google.com and say "Yes I am going" to my own event.

Make it easy to tell Cortana to remind me about things
For example, I would like to tell Cortana to remind me to call the cable guy tomorrow and have her just put a reminder on my calendar at a reasonable time. Especially if I've already told her I like to do phone calls in the mornings.

Documentation for how to set up conference calls
I don't know how to setup conference calls, and there's no information on the website.
