Create a way to add an agenda to the calendar invite to parties.

Provide the ability to add a conference room with specific attributes such as... add a room with a Surface Hub, add a video conference room, or add a video conference room for each participant location.

I had to trial and error and dig through Uservoice to discover Cortana could understand a request for different timezones. I would love to have a better understanding of what Cortana can do, but the FAQ section seems very lean and rarely updated. Am I missing something or can this be improved?

Your meeting suggestions make incorrect timezone references. I am in the central timezone and Cortana suggested a meeting time of October 1st at 2pm CST. We are still in daylight savings time so you should use CDT (central daylight time), not CST (central standard time). Or avoid all that and just use CT.

I love the new Me-Time which Cortana schedules to allow me focus time. Since I have turned on to always have calendar.help book a meeting room with every request, so does it for the Me-time series. Unfortunately calendar.help is not taking into account the size of meeting rooms, so during my me-time I often find myself in large meeting rooms.. occupied by just myself.. :-)

Would it be possible to automatically schedule smaller meeting rooms for me-time series?

It seems Cortana is not currently able to parse distribution lists (even internally). I communicate on a few smaller custom DLs and I have to ask Cortana to setup a meting with each individual rather than the members of a DL.

When scheduling a meeting in the Scheduler Dashboard, have the web app open my Outlook client and not the Mail app in Windows. You cannot configure which mail client to use in settings.

If you contact Cortana from an alias address, it should send the calendar invite from the alias address.

When scheduling a meeting that requires a conference room. It would be nice to be able to restrict the conference rooms Cortana books to only your preferred conference rooms.

We have a lot of off sites, training, customer workshops etc and it’s common practise to set out of office when involved in these to set expectations about slow response times. I tried to book a meeting with someone who has requested the meeting, but was marked out of office. I’d like for Cortana to understand if I ask her to either ignore the out of office or ask the participant if they can make it and what days/times.

It would be good if the AI could be proactive in making sure all meetings have a number and a location If a meeting is a location at another site if a reminder with a map to the location could be provided in the reminder.

When booking a meeting the invite information is always displayed at the end of the body of the email. Almost always my invitees are confused and cant find the info.

I need an easy way to manage the participant list and add and remove attendees to the meeting via a web interface or outlook plugin. Kicking off the scheduling via mail works fine, but after that I'd need to be able to check the status and manage the invite via q gui

Is there a way to merge 'Me Time Series' with 'Focus Time in MyAnalytics'? In the sense that if Calendar.help already booked Me Time, that MyAnalytics would recognize this (and the other way round), as well as having Teams change the presence state to "Focusing" while in a "Me time" slot.
